I'll start with highly recommending Redlaw Mechanical for your HVAC needs. We purchased a home with two HVAC units requiring complete replacement. The project required extensive ductwork modifications on the Trane 3 ton unit to include relocating the air handler. The 2 ton unit is a Bosch product and is extremely quiet, 10 year warranty and included a remote. Our POC was "Jackson" who planned the project from sales to installation and believe me when I say - it was flawless from start to finish. The technicians have great customer skills, professional and very knowledgeable! Redlaw Mechanical was recommended by locals in the community and we found out why during and after the work scope was completed. This company "does what they say," we thank you!

I had another company come out to determine what the problem was with my mini split not working. The worker found the leak and I exposed it so it was easy to get to. Their price to come back and fix it seemed rather high so I called Redlaw to get another price. Their quote was about $400 to $500 so I told them to send someone out to do the job. The fellow they sent checked out the situation and gave me a price of $495 so I told him to do the work. After he finished he said a diagnostic charge would be added to that and that his calculator must have messed up so now the total would be $693. After my complaints he dropped it to $611, so I paid that. There is no problem with the work that was done and now everything is working great. I had a thermostat issue and Redlaw, specially Jackson Basham, came out, not only diagnosed and fixed it, but check out multiple other things to ensure the system was working properly and that the issue at hand would not happen again. Absolutely amazing!! They were knowledgeable about the products they offer and were very patient in answering question, as well as offering advice on which unit would fit my home and wallet best. I honestly felt like they were there to take care of what was best for me and my needs. The install was efficient and done when they said it would be. Technician had great customer service skills. The ladies in the office are extremely nice. Arrived on time, actually early. They had my system up and running in no time. I would recommend this company.
