We reached out for a quote in mid Summer 2025. Michael responded quickly and professionally with a quote. He didn't upsell us, but provided factual information which I appreciated. We were trying to get installation completed before end of year to take advantage of tax credits. He was honest and didn't guarantee anything but gave us some confidence that timing was tight, but manageable. He and Chris kept us updated and informed along then way especially when there were unforeseen delays. Our Solar is now installed and functioning and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Top Notch!! I had a solar system installed in 2019 by a company that has since went out of business, the system stopped working and the SRP “preferred” list led me to Redline. I called almost every company on the list, but Redline was the first that allowed me to talk to a real person. Shouldn’t be a big deal, but this day in age, it meant a lot not to have to wait for a “contact us” form to be filled out.. My solar LG battery was dead and I had an arc fault somewhere in the system. Omar was the technician that responded and had to deal with the frustrations of the inverter company, and LG. David was friendly and explained my electrical problem clearly. He repaired the outlet and recommended some upgrades which I appreciated. He checked out other outlets and even helped me find a missing remote!

Listened to my concern about an electrical issue at our home. They came out and inspected the system and found no problems. They were responsive and very timely. Great service.
