Tom showed up quickly. He was quick to come to a conclusion what was wrong and was very polite ln this city it’s hard enough to get a call back. I highly recommend him and his team. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. Tom has been to my house several times in the past 2 years and he has always repaired my electrical problems and has never left without finishing. Today is Christmas Eve 2024 and Tom came out again 30 miles from his office. And repaired and replaced 5 of our electrical switches. Awesome business man.

Great job done on our whole house when we built it. Very friendly and inspectors already knew his work. The inspector looked in our garage first and he knew right away who did the work! He even said we had the best electrician in the area. Also all areas were left clean. Will hire Redline on our next project!

Tom was quick to respond at first and to come to the property to provide an estimate that was two parts. After the estimate, it took 5 weeks to return for the small part. The second part is still not completed 3 months later. Additionally, Tom has not returned a call or a text in a little over a month. For months, I received excuses of scheduling Consumer Energy and inspectors. Then the last month no return calls or communications. When he responded and showed, he was professional and kind; but, I do not recommend if you want a full job completed.

Absolutely terrible. Said the job would be done within 10 days. Its been 3 weeks now. And he's been here about 45 mins. Leaves after working about 15 minutes at a time. Will not answer our calls or texts. Still not done. He was here today about 10 minutes then left.

Wonderful service. All electricians that came to my house were above and beyond. They made sure I understood everything and were overall wonderful. Highly recommend. I will be calling Redline electric for any and all future issues!
