Good communication about when the crew was going to show up. The crew was actually ahead of schedule and showed up early. Very professional truck the two workers were in a clean uniform looked very professional. They did an incredible job spreading the pine straw. They have an interesting technique on how they kind of curl it around the edges it makes for a nice border. Minimum of 50 bales and they spread it for you for $6.95 a bail That's about as good of a price as you're going to find anywhere. There was a slight miscommunication about how many bales were supposed to be spread. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very cooperative and sought out a solution which was beneficial for both of us. This is not quite the best season for the Red Pinestraw and yet it was beautiful! The two young men who came out to install it did an absolutely wonderful job! Spreading it very very well and making us so happy! They were Axel and Jordan and we would recommend them to anyone!!!

Axel did a great job by himself on a holiday prepping my yard for the spring, probably the most meticulous and complete job I've seen, straw placed under plants - all in what I'd consider miserable conditions (misting and frigidly cold).
