These guys did a great job! I couldn't find a locksmith close to me that would show up when the said they would. So they made almost a 4 hour roundtrip to help me out. I had a A++ positive experience at all stages of this project which was a rekeying of our locks after moving to a new home. From Amber in the front office going the extra mile to get info to and from my home warranty company to Freddy the locksmith who did an excellent job, it was a great experience overall. Freddy rekeyed all the locks so they open with a single key and adjusted the doors and locks to work perfectly. He also gave me a bunch of tips and information about my brand of locks and doors for future use. Awesome guys! Thank you!

Ignition switch failed on my beautifully restored Jaguar S Type. Local repair shops referred me to dealer due to software reprogramming and rekeying required. Dealer quoted me for a tow, $500 parts, shop labor at $350 per hour, and new keys and reprogramming est. $2,500+ Studied YouTube videos on how to remove ignition module; took module to Thomas at Redwood Lock and he rebuilt it for $120! This place is truly amazing!!

I came here to either get a fob or the lock on my drivers side lock fixed. I was met with Amber who immediately began problem solving and got one of her guys to clean out my lock and even try to program my car with a new fob. After all that my care still wasn’t connecting to a new fob because it didn’t initially come with one. Instead of trying to make a sale and rebuild my lock, the man helping me advised me to go to a place that specialized aftermarket key fobs and even recommended some places I could go. I appreciated his help and honest suggestion rather than trying to sell me something less beneficial. He then sent me on my way free of charge. I couldn’t recommend Redwood Lock enough.

I had read on next door neighbor that redwood lock in Rohnert Park was absolutely the best place to get your key fobs replaced. Less than half the price of the dealer and local service. We went in today ( with no appointment ) and received fabulous personal service. You know, like you used to get in the old days when people actually cared 💓
