Excellent service by very knowledgeable, professional and skilled staff. I came in to get two VW keys cut and they were able to do it quickly and for a fraction of the price I was quoted at another business. Will be coming back.

Wife and I are newly installed in our first house, and we chose Reed Brotherz to re-key the 20 or so locks in the owner and tenant flats in our Victorian. We have had a GREAT experience with them- they were punctual and very efficient, with great suggestions a few of which we followed. The two techs we met were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Amazing service and an unbeatable price! I recently purchased a motorcycle that only had one key. I looked at multiple locations and all other places wanted to charge me close to $100 or more and were unclear about the process. These people have inexplicably foolish business practices and a poor communication style. The "owner" insists on joining every call, and unnecessarily mansplains every detail, making things much more complex than they are and vastly extending the amount of time a simple transaction should take. He repeatedly speaks down to women business owners and often behaves as if he is uninterested in acquiring new customers. Having tried to work on pretty significant orders with this company, I can say that it does not have the kind of well-designed or joined-up systems that facilitate good communication, smooth planning, or productive feedback. I would strongly advise that you use another company.
