Easy to pay and get in and out for quick court house access!

This parking garage is the designated parking location for those individuals serving on jury duty. Be sure to make note of your plate number and give it to the court wen you check in.

Stuck for 2 hours on the top floor trying to leave. Passenger got out to see what the hold up was, the parking attendants were helping people on the lower floors back out of their spots and holding the line up... With no regard for people on the top floor with no roof. Because of this I am unlikely to ever visit the City of Reading again. Trapping people on the top floor who left the event EARLY to avoid anything like this is unprofessional and quite frankly pissed off everyone, who left their cars running to find out why we couldn't move. Absolutely horrible experience, to be stuck until after midnight. We are unsure if we were charged for going over our paid time. Your city is an absolute failure.

After show parking: The roof of the parking garage was not lit AT ALL, which is so unsafe. Parked on the roof and was stuck for over 30 minutes waiting to get out of my spot and then another 20 minutes to get out of the garage.

Pay-to-park lot. Glad there are attendants present (each time I've patronized) and cameras.
