Great communication and professionalism from the company. Mr. Reed is extremely knowledgeable about his trades and helpful throughout the process of the repair process. Having a great company and good customer service is key. But, add on 60 days guarantee of any work completed is unheard of these days! Appreciate the hard work and peace of mind!

Jason came the very day I called, quickly assessed the problem with our Maytag Refrigerator. He had to order the part; which take a few days to get and install. But, he came back next day, Saturday morning, and got the fridge running temporarily until the part arrived. Then, he returned Monday evening to install the part. The repair was very reasonable. BTW, Jason did NOT add a weekend upcharge for coming Saturday to get our fridge running. Our freezer was full, and he kept our food from spoiling. Thank you very much Jason!!!

Called in to make an appointment around 4 P.M on a Tuesday thinking someone would be able to help me with my broken oven door by the end of the week but to my pleasant surprise Reeds was able to fit me in THAT DAY!!! Not only did they fit me in they called when they started heading our way! The technician was fast, friendly and even took the time to answer all my questions! Will be using Reeds for all future appliance needs!

Jason did a great job repairing our Jenn-Air microwave. He was able to diagnose the problem and had the part in his truck to fix on the same day. I would recommend him any day. He even took the microwave back out again to fix the clock display because it was not straight.

What a fantastic human!!! He’s always on time and always knows what’s wrong! He has a plan and delivers! We will use him again and again for our appliance repair! ♥️ replaced a part on our washer that would have cost us DOUBLE anywhere else!
