Shawn came after hours on a friday to get our heat back up and going. He arrived about 30 minutes after calling in a very timely matter. Very reasonable rates. They are a great asset to Benton.
We moved into a new place a few months ago. We had problems with the heating and air from the start. Reed's has been out several times to work on the different problems. They're professional, knowledgeable, have been able to me quickly, and show up when they say they will. The techs and office staff are easy to work with and friendly. Their prices are reasonable. I hope they stay around for a long time because I don't ever want to use anyone else. I highly recommend them.
