Fantastic service. Called to get new house rekeyed and code changed on an electronic pad. Showed up a few minutes early for the appt the next day and got it all done quickly at a very reasonable price. Bonus, Lary is a great guy!

I recently purchased a safe from Reed's. While looking around, all my questions were answered and they took the time to show me all the differences and details between the different safes. They were not pushy snd I never felt pressured. The best part was delivery and installation. They do charge a fee, but well worth it! I didnt feel like wrestling it into place. We agreed on a time and date. They called a few days earlier to confirm. On the day of delivery, they were there promptly. They were very careful, clean and professional while installing it. They stayed to make sure everything functioned properly and that I was satisfied. If in the future I need locks or safes, they will get my business. Thank you

Our previous vendor for Access Control left us in what I will only describe as a mess. Ryan helped us get our Access Control and Monitoring systems functioning correctly in very short order. Ryan was always very honest and forthright in our dealings and has I'm pretty sure over a decade experience with Access Control systems. Ryan fixed our first building in short order and then passed the ball to Trent and Tristan who took care of 6 other locations for us. Trent and Tristan were professional, courteous, punctual and demonstrated expertise and a quick grasp of environment practically immediately. Larry was very courteous and informative and made sure that I knew he was going to take care of everything I requested. We now have our entire new to us home re-keyed, and deadbolts aligned properly.
