Went to get a door lock replaced and keyed to my key. The employee had the lock re-keyed in 5 minutes. He was very efficient and explained how the lock works. That really helped me installing the lock back into the door.

Eric and Jeff have both been excellent at getting my key and lock work done, I've been using this shop for 20 years now. Sometimes a bit busy when I arrive, but not much of a wait. They've done all of my auto key cutting and programming work, at far less that what a dealer would charge.

They go the extra mile, tried several times. It’s one of those things that will take a bit of extra work.

Reeds is amazing! They answered the phone politely, made a reasonable appointment time, showed up early to make sure they were in the right place, made sure all the paperwork matched up and I wasn't just stealing someone's car, made me a new key very fast and charged a totally reasonable amount for their services. They were very polite and even seemed happy to be there to help me. Made my whole day a little bit brighter, just by being themselves. Thank you guys!
