I called Reedy River Rooter since they had a Five Star overall rating and the reviews I read were all great. I called on a Sunday and got an answer and scheduled appointment in a timely manner. William and Jacob both presented honesty and a pleasant atmosphere with their customer service and knowledge. They were thorough during the entire process and what led me to believe they were genuine is the job cost was refigured which ended up being 200 dollars less than initial quote. I would absolutely use them again and will refer Reedy River Rooter to anyone in the Upstate.

Jacob gave me a fair price to replace a sump pump and finished the job quickly in less than one day after I called for a quote. Also did not try to oversell like many plumbing companies do. Will use them again when needed.

Highly recommend. Jacob was very polite, respectful, and timely. I had a water main bored from the right of way to my house and they were able to do it the same week as my quote. Communication was very good and their service was as advertised. I would recommend them to anyone.
