I called them because my washer had an error message. The guy I spoke to said he would call me with a time the next day. I even asked if they were going to be able to come out on that day. He said yes. They never called. And now I have to go all weekend without a washer. I could have called someone else if they couldn’t do it. I don’t feel like he was very professional!!

We had a drop-in stove and wanted to replace it with a freestanding one. They came out to our house, took measurements, and discussed the options with us. They helped us pick out the perfect replacement. They took great care during the removal of the old stove and install of the new one. It looks perfect. We’ve been using Reeves and Sons for over 20 years for various appliance repairs. They do great work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Kind, hardworking, and knowledgable. Called them On a Wednesday, they remembered to call me on Friday morning when I was available. They fixed my fridge in less than an hour. They have my business!

One of the most honest family owned companies I have ever experienced. They were clear about the costs up front and had a clear understanding of my dishwasher to quickly diagnose the problem. They were able to advise me on whether to replace the part that was broken or to just replace the unit altogether. They treated me like family. Will always refer them to others and use them every time I need.
