Alex and his crew recently resurfaced our pool. They were great to work with. They completed the job in timely fashion. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues, but it didn’t hold them up. We are very happy and would highly recommend them for all of your pool needs.

I took a chance on these guys because they were well recommended to me to redo my Complete pool. He did an outstanding job was always there when he said he was to be there and managed his people very well, which is an attribute. I don’t see much in Florida. It’s been two years since installation and he’s still a solution provider always there when we need him. Great service after the sale.

STAY AWAY from this pool company! We had them for almost a year and regret it. The pool technicians they sent did not brush the pool during regular service, clean the pool filter properly or notified us that it needed to be replaced. The company also did not maintain the right chemical balance in the water. The pool also started stainning which was accelerated by the high acidity in the water and the lack of regular brushing. Also, their customer service is extremely poor. It is hard for them to respond to e-mails in a timely manner if you are lucky to even get a response, and the manager did not show interest in communicating with us or solving issues.
