Refloor - Chicago

Yasir was great. He explained everything well. From all the inclusions to the different types of flooring. He was really patient and very knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable with my decisions. He truly made the whole experience easy for me. I can't wait to see the finished floors.

Edit: Refloor contacted me regarding my complaint and they delivered a good customer service, the installer Pedro came in today to replace the 4 planks in the kitchen that were together, now it looks smoother, I am satisfied with the customer service provided and the resolution. Edit: My floor was installed on December 15th 2025, the installation was done very professionally and quickly, but I would like to point out that the sample left by Cody did not show the flaws of the boards installed over 50 boards), also Cody showed me some transitions that were definitely not the ones the installers brought, I ended up paying over 350USD in new transitions, I complaint and they sent a supervisor which took pictures and today I got a call saying that there was nothing they could do, I regret us
