Refloor

OMG!! Out first floor has been completely transformed!! Wow, am I impressed! Refloor - Raleigh does amazing work! Janie was amazing person to work with and made it super simple to go through the entire process! Our installer, Herman, was so amazing. Keep us in the loop the entire time. Herman and crew were so professional, the work they did was mind blowing, and done before expectations. The walked around the entire project with us afterwards to ensure we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend Refloor - Raleigh to anyone who's looking for a great company to come do some floor work. We will be using Refloor again when we're ready to other rooms in our house. Thank you Refloor for totally changing the look to our house!

My experience with refloor has been a very positive one. From Michael my salesperson through Juan Carlos who led the exceptional installation team and Watty who coordinated everything. I also had the pleasure of meeting Roger Klinger, the general manager. At each step in the process they kept me informed. I am extremely pleased with my new floor and would highly recommend Refloor and the person's mentioned above.

Miguel and Carlos did an amazing job on our installation addressing any of my concerns along the way. They removed old flooring and with such attention to detail leveling any blemishes from the concrete to make our new flooring absolutely perfect. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He’d call to keep me updated on everything from the timelines to expect the installers down to ensuring I was happy with the process from start to finish. The selections of colors was great, but it was hard to choose just one. Using their view in the room tool really helped make the final decision. I love the finished product! & No more dinghy carpet in high traffic areas 🐾

These folks are amazing! All of the people involved with the process were friendly, professional and determined to make sure my experience was good, actually great. It was. Scott was very helpful in educating me and assisting in the floor selection. Miguel and Carlos were absolutely superstars! Miguel is clearly a highly skilled and meticulous installer. He did be beautiful work. The mitered corners of the quarter round and base moulding (on my "out of square") walls, was perfect. He changed out a board that for me, seemed a little darker than the others... simply because he could tell it was bothering me. (This required pulling up several other boards to do). Even though I said " it's ok," He knew I'd be happier with a change. (That was a sweet surprise), and exceeded my expectations.

The Raleigh Refloor Team, led by Miguel with Carlos and Juan, did an amazing job transforming our existing boring and worn flooring into a visually and aesthetically pleasing work of art. Miguel and his installation team consisted of three of the most dedicated and professional installers we have ever worked with. The entire process from the removal of existing floors, the painstaking and time-consuming task of leveling large swaths of uneven concrete areas of was nothing short of remarkable. Their craftsmanship and dedication to job completion, regardless of builder’s imperfections speaks volumes for Refloor reputation and the professionalism of Miguel and his entire crew.
