Reflow is great! I have used them multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Everyone I have worked with has been very professional and courteous. Communication and scheduling are above par. Pricing is fair and they address what is required and don't seem to be concerned about the up sell. Great company!

The work was good and solved my problem. But, I was disappointed that the charge was more than $50 more than the initial proposal. To make up for the fact that the plumber was almost 3 hours later than quoted, I thought Reflow should have made it right, by sticking with the initial quote, as a "good faith" transaction. I am happy to say that Mike reads reviews and emails. He called me personally and I am so satisfied with the outcome of our conversation. He stands behind his company and strives to satisfy his customers. I would highly recommend Reflow. It is a professional business with a personal, caring attitude. Thanks Mike!

Gage showed up at 1400 for what was to be a quick shower faucet repair and found a couple leaks in the shower wall. He showed me the leaks and went about fixing them. Was a very nice and polite. Work almost until 1800 to get the job done. One of those jobs that fights you every step of the way. Thank you for the timely response and repair work.

After having new pipes installed throughout our Ft. Myers Beach condo, we had Reflow Plumbing hook-up, re-attach all our toilets and plumbing appliances. Our plumber CODY, was in touch, knowledgable, easy to reach, timely, and communicative. Shortly after, one new toilet developed a slow leak. I called Cody, he returned my call in less than 12 hours, and he came the next day promptly at the time we set. He adjusted the tank, fixed the leak, and all is good! Give Cody a raise! And Reflow's administrative assistants are also attentive and keep you in the loop. Both Nita and Glenda are good at their jobs. We will continue to call Reflow for our plumbing needs in the future. I recently had reflow Plumbing do a disconnect and reconnect of the entire plumbing at my house during an elevation. The work was top-notch. Their tech explained everything thoroughly. They were incredibly easy to deal with and unbelievably responsive. I wouldn’t use anyone else if you want the job done right.
