Refresh Duct Cleaning

These guys were great! We had leftover construction dust that had never been cleaned out and we were looking to make sure our vents were clean. After calling around lots of companies and hearing that others are quoting per vent, it was nice to find a company that quoted me a set price on the phone based on the size of my house. They were 25-40% cheaper than others. We had them clean the vents and the furnace coils but passed on the offered sanitation and other services. But they weren't pushy trying to upsell like other companies were. As it's a local family company they take good care of their clients. I had Refresh Duct Cleaning clean my dryer vent. I called on a Friday and they were able to fit me into their schedule on Monday afternoon, which I thought was very efficient and timely. They came on time, even a bit earlier than scheduled, got right to work, and the job was completed quickly. My dryer vents through my roof so they had to bring ladders and go onto the roof to clean out the vent. They noticed that the foil vent between the dryer and the wall was a little damaged when they arrived so they mended the problem, even though they had not done the damage, which I appreciated. I thought they were very fair in what they charged me and were very pleasant. Refresh Duct Cleaning came highly recommended by the dryer repair serviceman and so far I have been pleased with this company.

I needed someone to come ASAP today to clean out my dryer vent and put a cage over the cover due to several birds getting inside.
