This location is incredibly challenging to navigate. Not only is there a severe shortage of English-speaking staff, but the lines to procure even the simplest items are unmanageable. The front desk seems oblivious to the growing queue, engrossed in prolonged personal conversations while we all struggle to complete our tasks. It's frustrating to watch as they socialize and allow others to cut in line ahead of us.

Horrific service. I called today at 4.30pm to ask if they have freon 407C, guy only spoken Spanish, who does the hiring?? I was forced to dish out my Spanish. Once again I asked for freon he says yes they have, I replied to please have one ready i am there in 5 min. He replied that he needs to close early. Got things to do. I will never ever shop there again.
