A pleasure to deal with. Products are of high quality, shipping is fast and accurate. I ran into an issue that required a high level of customer service and understanding with my order. I always worry about Customer Service quality but know it's what separates great companies from the ones who only want to take your money. Eric and I traded emails as I explained my unique situation. I was fully taken care of by Refridgerant Depot and Eric's team. They were understanding and respectful and I was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely buy from them again and tell all my friends to purchase through them. Fantastic business and people.

We LOVE Refrigerant Depot!! They always have what we need for a fair price. Eric and his team are always super nice and pleasant to deal with. I never feel like I'm being upsold, only recommended items that would save me a ton of $ by bundling. We won't buy refrigerant from anyone else.

Great products. Great pricing. Shipped in a timely manner too. But their Customer Service is off the charts!!! I send them an email - I get an immediate response from their President (thank you Eric). My second order, I was having sent to a different address - they CALL me (thank you Melissa) to verify the address to make sure the product is going to get to the right place. Who does that today? I'm a customer that develops loyalties from service like this! Thank you Refrigerant Depot!!

I’ve ordered from Eric & Refrigerant Depot 4 times as of today and couldn’t be more satisfied. Excellent communication, great prices with identical product as Advance Auto & O’ Riley’s. On a couple of orders my unknown typos prevented expected delivery and when I called Eric he did all the leg work to find my order and redirect it, including contacting me with new shipping info. etc. Highly recommend!
