There is no better hometown service than what I received from R&E. With our terribly cold winter this year, the last thing we needed was the heater going out. At 40 degrees outside and 51 degrees inside our house, I called "our other service provider" who said they couldn't come out for at least four days. WHAT? I was referred to R&E by a friend and the rest is history. They had a technician at our house within two hours, identified the problem, researched warranty and went out of their way to get the part needed. We had heat before sunset due to the hard work and "not giving up on this customer" attitude. You want true hometown service for your HVAC system AND with a smile? You've found it!!!

Harold arrived on time and proceeded with my 6 month maintenance service, he found one problem with a clogged drain line. He easily explained the situation and cleared it, along with how to avoid it in the future. Very pleasant and communicative employee.

Scheduled HVAC maintenance service. Technician Jaimen and coworker arrived ahead of schedule. Jaimen was very knowledgeable and with great verbalization skills. He diagnosed a malfunctioning capacitor, replaced it and provided me knowledge to help in maintaining the system. Refrigeration and Electric's Maintenance is very reasonable, $185.04 annually. Because of having the plan, was given discount on capacitor replacement for price of $81.73.

Brian S & Jacob C did fine, quick annual check up of my system. The company was great to work my app’t around my schedule. Friendly and efficient.
