Dryer vent cleaning The gentlemen arrived on time. They were courteous and answered all my questions. There was constant contact with the main office since the service scheduled for my home had to be adapted given the length of the ventilator duck. I can't say enough of the team work and fairness from Regal Duct! I even signed up for a 5 year program service. I feel safer already.

I'm glad I called Regal today and that Julius and his wonderful crew (Angel, Juan, and Carlos) were available. I needed all ducts assessed and cleaned and the dryer vent and bathroom fans cleaned. Two areas where I'd caution prospective customers: 1) If mold in the duct plenum is suspected, get a genuine, certified mold inspection instead of relying on the opinion of Regal. I was offered an expensive "remediation" process that had no guarantee of (or even a fact-based way to determine) success. (In fact, there was no mold problem.)
