From the moment I walked in, Fred was kind, patient, attentive, and incredibly responsive and personable. He took the time to understand my vision, he and his family walked me through options, answered every question, and made me feel completely supported throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond. The flooring itself is gorgeous — even more beautiful in person than I imagined. It has transformed my house, and I’m absolutely in love with it. Even though I used my own installers, Fred still personally checked in and offered support along the way, which says everything about the level

I would like to share my experience with Regal Flooring. I had new wood floors installed on my staircase and all rooms upstairs. Alex and Roger did an outstanding job in completing the renovation within 2 weeks during December prior to the holidays. Their attention to details was superior and the floors look great!
