Things get stolen here! Stay away. They stole the chain I had it’s not gems stones or anything but means the world to me!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst garage I've ever parked at. I'm a monthly parker and both I and my neighbors have had so many complaints about this place. They have scratched my car and refused to acknowledge it. I showed up to get my car after being away for a week and the hood of my car was open and last night my car was broken into and I had money stolen. All they could tell me was to write up what happened. No help. No remorse. Even though there is an overnight attendant who clearly did not do his job. They could not care less about their jobs and they always give you a sarcastic remark if you ask for your car early or later than the initial request. This is your job!!!!

Definitely NOT recommend unless you need it in a rush. First of all, valet parking and you don't have a real spot. Only one staff is nice, and other guys I've seen are mostly rude and greedy (ask for tips in your face). Secondly, illegally held my car and wouldn't let me out because of one late payment they claimed they hadn't received. Not able to reason to and only ask for cash before they would release. And last but not least, apparently if you would like a reasonable rate, you need to bribe the manager first, of course, in cash.

This is the worst parking garage in Queens. They take an hour or two and half hours to get your car. Daniel (the manager) is extremely rude. And I've seen them back into other cars while moving them and actually hit other cars. I picked up my car today and noticed the paint on my side mirror is scratched. Stay away from this place if you value your car.
