Regal Roofing was a great experience. Alex Ramirez came in when we had no clue what to do or expect. He made the process a great experience and a flawless execution. His crew worked from sun up to sun down and were very respectful of us as the homeowners. I wouldn’t fool with any other company but Regal Roofing. They are professionals and experts. Alex is my hero!

Kyle Collin came out and inspected my roof, found hail damage, after I contacted my State Farm agent, he came back and met their adjuster while I was on vacation. Once my claim was approved he came out again to help us pick out the shingles and scheduled the install date. On the reroofing day he was there to make sure everything went smooth, the crew showed up early that morning and finished it late that evening. Kyle Collin made sure everything from the first inspection to the last shingle being put down went smooth! Everything was just too easy! Big thanks to Kyle and Regal Roofing for a job well done! I actually referred them to my parents too!!

Absolutely a beautiful job replacing my roof and the customer service was exceptional! They worked with the insurance company and moved quickly. Out of pocket costs were a minimal. Shout out to Austin and Mason! Thank you so much!

Staff was friendly. Roofing job was great and we were very pleased. Subcontractors for fascia and gutters finally came through. Fascia people had to come back to repair poor workmanship on garage surround but once fixed looked great. The gutter issue went on for 5-6 months. Defects in initial guttering on underside. Finally replaced with new gutters that looked great. Although slow to complete to our satisfaction, we were extremely pleased with the final outcome. We appreciate the company listening to and working with us. Only complaint was the inability to converse with subcontractors due to language barriers.

Sam Pierce led the Regal Roofing team from start to finish with hands-on, patient, and expert consultation, advice, and action. It was a stress-free endeavor in a high-stress project environment all because of Sam. He took the time to go thru multiple samples, point out areas that could be improved, handled claims adjustment workflow and took charge of other myriad aspects with confidence. The crew he assembled were fast and furious when it comes to installing a new roof on a high pitch A-Frame home. They were professional and polite to me and my wife and made extra effort to ensure the area was clean and free of debris and nails. They completed the major project in one day!! I highly recommend Sam and Regal Roofing and would use them again without hesitation.
