Regency Parking Garage (Winpark)

30 day cancellation rule is very greedy and was never mentioned when signing up. Additionally, homeless people are grabbing on door handles as caught by my car camera. Safer and cheaper garage is 1311 parking garage, wish I would have signed with them to begin. They also don’t answer their emails!

They have 12+ floors of very tight parking space, while only ONE elevator works at any given time. If you decide to select this parking garage, be ready to either use the stairs or wait an average of 10-15 minutes for the elevator.

While this garage is named “Regency” it is not affiliated with the Hyatt Regency next door. Typical downtown parking tight turns within the lot. There is a sky bridge that connect this parking lot to the Hyatt on the 3rd floor. Reasonable cost compared to the Hyatt valet cost.

Excellent place to park if you're staying at the Hyatt Regency across the street. Despite not being affiliated with the hotel there is a skywalk on the third floor to take you to the hotel lobby. To park here was about half the price PER DAY versus the hotel valet and with the convenient skywalk it made it an obvious choice. The turns are tight and the spots can be a little small if you drive a truck or SUV but it's totally workable. Highly recommend.

Cheap monthly co tracts, but the elevators frequently malfunction.
