We couldn’t be happier with our experience using Regency Pools. From the beginning, communication was clear and consistent, and the quality of work on our pool was excellent. I did a lot of shopping around before choosing a pool builder, and Regency was absolutely the right choice. Tyler from Regency Pools was excellent to work with. There were multiple design updates during the initial process and his experience and expertise helped ensure the final designs met our vision. Tyler kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked with me as I performed all the electrical installation myself. His staff were always polite and made sure the job site was cleaned up daily as we have dogs. Would highly recommend Tyler and his staff to assist you in your oasis journey!

Update: the 2nd light ring he replaced is already fully rusted! We have our pool professionally maintained so it’s not our chemical levels it’s poor quality which is evident throughout! I will NOT be calling them back to replace it next year I will find a quality pool company to do it right. We have had our pool for a little over a year. The owner was rude & almost non responsive. After my husband showed them where not to hit, they broke our main water line and left for My husband to fix, and pulled out all the piping so it had to be replaced. There were sink holes which they had to redo and the lining didn’t match and they redid it, a year later not only is it still wrinkled up now the main deep end light that should be stainless steel is rusting awful! I came back to re-review as I see they still have the "nice" pictures of my pool but removed all the "bad" ones. They took down the ones showing that they didn't follow am easy to read PowerPoint and put my fire pit too close to the house. The took down the ones showing where they hit my well electrical line and fried it. They actually called me in Korea to ask where the breaker was and tried to tell me it wasn't a big deal. It took me coming home and digging up the line to replace it because they stated that they aren't liable for damages that they caused. They didn't speak with my wife during the install at all because we would have moved certain things around to get exactly what we wanted. Buyer beware. They will not speak with you to coach you based on their experience. Plan to do yo
