I’ve used this restoration company twice now, and both times the service has been outstanding! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. A special thank-you goes to Earl Jackson, the supervisor on both of my projects. Earl went above and beyond—he kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure his crew treated my home with respect. His attention to detail and calm, confident approach really stood out. It’s rare to find a company (and a supervisor) this dependable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing restoration work done right the first time. Five stars all the way!

We were referred to Regent by our plumbing company after a water issue in our home. While the work was completed, we had a very disappointing experience with their billing department. After issues with our insurance left us with an out-of-pocket balance, we contacted them to explain the situation. Our interaction with a representative in billing was dismissive and unprofessional, and we felt there was no empathy or willingness to work with us. Instead, we were told a lien could be placed on our home if payment was not made within a 3 day timeframe. ***Update: The admin reached out to us and sincerely apologized. They also let us know how they resolved the issue. The conversation was greatly appreciated.

We ended up with wet hardwood floors after a pipe problem. The team came out and checked the moisture levels every day and kept adjusting everything until it was fully dried out. Really thorough and professional the whole way through.

I highly recommend Anthony from Regent Restoration for any restoration work. From start to finish, he was very professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. He and others took great care in restoring water damage in my kitchen area and the results exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship were outstanding. I would like to thank Regent Restoration for the prompt response after a pipe break in my bathroom. The supply line popped off and flooded parts of my home, creating a difficult situation. The first technician started working immediately upon arrival, and three additional team members joined within 30 minutes. This is a crew I would highly recommend and call again if I ever have a similar emergency.
