Professional service and quality work,the owner is a small engine whisperer. The equipment he repaired for me was considered junk by two shops.One hundred fifty dollars later one push mower and a garden tractor were returned to me running better then new. Called them this morning my other tractor went down fixed it on a sunday! Unheard of.. Once again great service fair rates.

I used Greg's services about 3 or 4 years a ago (have to find my receipt to verify) but I decided to look him up to see if he's still in business and read his reviews and decided to leave one now. Greg is a rare and wonderful find in this day and age. The prompt and expert work, the terrific and unheard of customer service (and this isn't even his main job) the surprisingly low prices, the time he takes to pick up, drop off, explain the problem and demonstrate the machine works, the professional receipts he provides, who is this guy?!? I understand that there is no one size fits all for everyone. But anyone who left him a negative review, I would encourage you to try him again. I also dare you to find someone better. Region Small Engine Repair was a fantastic experience! Greg, the owner, is super friendly and helpful; he showed me how to properly use my snow blower (I am a transplant from NC and never used one). Greg also was able to engineer a cable that I broke. This was awesome as he created the new cable before a winter storm came in—the actual part is on back order and will not be available for at least a week. I strongly recommend Region for their mechanical capability to repair as well as his customer service. Thanks Greg!

Greg was so helpful with the whole process of repairing my snowblower. It works amazing and he made sure he got it back to me right before our first major snowfall. He even took the time to help me over the phone once I got it home and couldn’t get it started. Very professional and plan on bringing my lawnmower in the spring. Will definitely use again for any repairs!

Greg is a great mechanic and professional. Our experience was that he was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired our Cub Cadet Snow Blower that was out of commission for two winters. The price was very reasonable. Strongly recommend!
