I arrived to my home at OKI late on a Thursday night to find that the temperature inside was 94 degrees. I had 2 more adults and 3 small boys ages 9 months, 3 years, and 6 years old. I was in a panic as they couldn't stay in that heat. My husband called Regional Services early the next morning and Zack and Caden were there by 8:30 AM to diagnose the issue. They quickly found the problem and let me know they would need to travel to Wilmington to get the part and would let me know when they were on the way back to fix it that same day. Zack and Caden went above and beyond by setting a window unit in place for me as I had recently had shoulder surgery. Very happy with their service. Had an issue with my heating system during really cold weather and they were very prompt and quickly found- and fixed the issue. Their service fee is also very reasonable and the tech was extremely prompt on answering my texts since I wasn't home so he was able to keep me posted. Office staff also very freindly. Highly recommened

I called them up after living in our new home for about 4 mths and asked if they could come and balance my heatpump as the master bed and bath were always colder then anyother room in our house. They sent a tech out to our house within 2 days and he made the necessary adjustments for us without any issues. Great people to deal with .Thanks

Was under their 1 year warranty for the 1st yr in my new home which they were called out several times to refill the unit. Both technicians spoke of a leak, oily pipes and having to refill the unit but the owner or manager (Mike) did not want to take the time to actually find and fix the leak. Now I get to pay someone else to do his job for him. Take some pride in your craft, man...
