Reico provided excellent support in the renovation of my bathroom. The cabinet was constructed to classic furniture quality. The color choice was perfect for the existing setting. My design person at Reico was always available for consultation.

Recently we needed a large linen closet to match our vanity Merillat oak cabinets in our primary bathroom. We first worked with salesperson Wendy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and couldn’t find exactly what we wanted but made a few alternative suggestions and promised to contact the factory and get back to us quickly. Within a day she contacted us and was able get the factory to make exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price, with a 3 week turnaround. We were impressed. All the contacts for the purchase and delivery were handled by Autumn the office manager. Here communications by email were exceptional. Any phone conversations we had were quickly and accurately summarized in an email. She quickly responded to any questions we had regarding deliver

I called and they were so helpful trying figure out what I needed. I knew my colors and the basic design of what I wanted in my kitchen, but didn't know how to put and arrange all the cabinets and colors and types of storage I needed. Even though I didn't buy all the cabinets from them they still did the layout of the kitchen with all the ideas and storage thoughts. They asked for input from myself and the carpenter made changes accordingly. It made the process so much easier, I didn't know when I called that they would be so helpful even though I couldn't purchase everything from them. I really thank Mary, Michael and Danny for all their help.

Visited this location to look for help with getting an old drawer replaced. The staff was super friendly and helped answer some questions I had about getting a replacement by reaching out to their corporate offices! The showrooms looked great.

I was attended by Ahmed who was very helpful, informative, and just had excellent customer service. Showed us a lot of neat kitchen accessories and walked us through their showroom.
