Reico Kitchen & Bath

We recently needed to replace new cabinets and countertop for a section of our kitchen. We worked with Alice Mulvey, Designer, at Reico. Alice was extremely responsive and patient in dealing with all of our design changes and queries. She was very helpful with input into the overall finished product and also took the time to confirm specifications by visiting onsite. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, creating an atmosphere of ease when purchasing. She also has a highly skilled installer who took his time to ensure the job was done right. We were torn between two companies but because of Alice and her professionalism, diligence and follow-up we chose Reico. I highly recommend Alice, we are very happy with the end result.

The entire team at Reico were highly professional and knowledgeable. Ashley and David kept us informed through the entire process from design to installation. Jon Schwartz coordinated with the Reico team to oversee the installation process. He is an expert in everything from tile, trim replacement, appliance installs, electrical and plumbing. From the tear out of the old, to the new was respectfully quiet and spot clean each workday. The experience with Reico was enjoyable and stress free. I love my kitchen! Reico (and in particular, Kayla) was the single consistent, reliable, pleasant component of a condo kitchen and bath renovation in the Historic District. From start to finish, Kayla was on top of things, kept me updated, solved problems that other contractors had created, and had fantastic ideas about how to maximize small spaces. She didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need and allowed me time to make choices without any pressure. Unlike other companies I encountered in the renovation process, Reico is run very professionally/efficiently, with a knowledgeable person always answering the phone during business hours, quick responses being sent/received to emails/texts, contracts sent out for electronic signature, and detailed estimates/invoices being timely emailed. Kayla, who helped ius with our selection of bathroom cabinets, pulls and countertops was amazing. So personable, great follow-up from start to finish of the project. The quality of the cabinetry and install was excellent. We have already referred Kayla and Reico to our contractor and many friends!
