They say 7-10 day repair time for Milwaukee tools. 7-10 days turned into 45 days. All for a simple fix. Next time will just mail the tools off for repair.

They didn't have the part I needed, but he was extremely helpful in helping me find the place to get it from and the phone number. I look all over Amarillo and couldn't co.e close to getting it, but he solved my problem. Thanks

I went here a few weeks ago to look for a dryer part. They guy was more than willing to troubleshoot with me and even offered some suggestions as to what could have possibly made my dryer fail. He helped me check the parts I brought in and even waited past his closing time on Saturday for me to get there. He didn't try and sell me parts I didn't need so I really appreciated his willingness to help. I'll be going here when I need something else.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I dropped a nail gun off to be repaired. When I called to ask about it a week later, David was unnessecarily rude about telling me the parts factory was closed. Really just no need for him to have such a bad attitude with a customer. Was later informed he could not get parts so I picked the gun up and it was in pieces in a box. I cannot take it to another repair shop in pieces like that. When I called back to ask why the gun wasn't put back together, David was yet again condescending and rude. He said that was his procedure and I didn't pay him to take it apart and diagnose it. I would have paid for the diagnosis if he had charged me, but he didn't. I said I would not use Reid's again and he said one unhappy customer wouldn't hurt his business. Beware of this

Would give zero if I could I groom for a living and our normal sharpener has been out of commission for a year or so so me and the groomers from the shop I work at were desperately needing our stuff sharpened when I called immediately the customer service was horrible very short and full of attitude towards me when I asked about how long it would take I was told Monday or Tuesday if I dropped them off that Friday. It was Thursday before I recieved our blades. after using them half of them are still dull and several of them smell like a cars exhaust for 16 blades I paid $182 which isn’t horrible but for half of them to smell horrible and the other half are dull and nearly unusable it was completely not worth it. If you are a groomer you would have better luck shipping these blades to a shar
