Reilly's Oriental Rug Cleaning

I have been using Reilly's Rug & Carpet cleaning for over 2 decades. Mostly for rescue pet accidents and the occasional spill. Most of my rugs' value are in sentiment only but I have trusted them with my vintage pieces. So far in my experience all stains have lost to Reilly's skills. My simple advice is that cleaning valuable / vintage pieces is not a hobby, trust the experts. Trying to restore a botched up stain removal (if even possible) will likely be very expensive. Also the professional courteous service makes for a positive experience.

Reilly's provides excellent service. My carpets look brand new when I pick them up. In the 20 plus years I've been bringing my oriental carpets and standard rugs to them, I have never been disappointed. They do an excellent job in doing new trim on the rugs, too. Thank you, Reilly's - BJQ

I inherited two old rugs that had likely never been professionally cleaned. They smelled, had some stains, and were falling apart at the edges. Reilly's did an amazing job cleaning and repairing them both and they look incredible. Prices were very reasonable especially considering the quality of their work. Very grateful to have found this place!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Reilly carpet cleaning are my trusted go to guys for cleaning my area rugs and wall to wall carpets for the past 15 years. I started using Reillys when I was told a very expensive oriental rug was not salvageable. Not only did they succeed beyond my expectations they cleaned it better and were able to make it look better than I've ever seen it. I own rental properties and while turning over apartments I use them to clean the carpeting between tenants. They have never once disappointed. These guys know what is and what is not possible and they've made it clear each and every time. They are reliable, very professional , with knowledge beyond any I've ever experienced. 3 oriental rugs were ruined by this company. They are stretched and out of shape. One has sides undone and all had beautiful tassels that are now almost non existent and wavy. I paid over $1,000 to have my rugs ruined.
