We switched to Reimer Bros. last year due to our previous fuel provider being overpriced and unreliable. I'm more than happy with our choice! Reimer Bros. even went so far as to call me before the cold snap came to make sure we had enough heating oil. Impressed with the customer service as well as the prices. Happy to be a customer!

I cannot give a better score than five star But if I could, I would give 1 million. I called them because I was low on fuel and the storm was coming and I had called my current provider and requested a fill up but they couldn’t get to me until next week. When I asked what if I run out their response was we don’t do emergency deliveries. Reimer Brothers said that we may not be able to get to you for a few days but since you’re close to being out, we will make sure we get to you and darn it if they didn’t. This is what customer service is, and I will never use anyone else, including the competitor local to Bangor again. if you want a company that cares about their customers this is the one to go with.

Maria was very helpful in answering questions and provided number$. Four stars because they don't offer a first time customer discount 😔 and they don't accept credit cards BUT they scheduled me for the very next day! 😁 At least I can feel confident that if I get low on oil mid-winter, they will respond quickly.

Reimer bros is the best fuel provider in the area. Will come out at night in a snowsrorm to bring you fuel...

Just called because our tank is close to empty. Moved into house with oil, which have never had before. Didn't realize how quickly it would be used up. Called another provided but they would not be able to deliver for about 2 weeks. Reimer was the company used by the previous occupant, so when I called, they knew all the tank info and said they would be out TODAY! The price per gallon was .10 cheaper too. The woman who answered my call was so nice and understanding and right away put me in hold to confirm that the driver was still in my neighborhood and would be able to come by! Unbelievable. So grateful!
