I am so thrilled that we found Zach! We recently purchased an older home that flooded and uncovered some issues in the cement while starting flooring repairs. Zach reached out to help and I immediately asked him if he would be able to assist with some other projects related to the flood. He agreed to all of my asks (painting, cutting, and installing of baseboards and door casing, and cement leveling).
