Very rude customer service. Literally the worst. I have never dealt with such rude people working solely for the purpose of serving customers. If you hate your job that much, change it. We just want to heat our homes, put hot food on our table and have hot showers. Delivery service is just as bad, always waiting until our tanks are at 20% or lower. Even after calling and asking when the next delivery will be just to be talked down to like a toddler. Do not recommend to my worst enemy. The absolute worst. Oh and I called yesterday as my tanks were at 15% to see when they would be out, was told they would be out today and guess what...no delivery. 😂 Yall are a joke.

Want to thank Reinhardt heating for keeping my son and I warm all during cold season and for excellent service! Would especially like to thank them for having a wonderful employee like Helen! I’m a senior citizen and she’s been such a huge help making sure I have enough fuel, and last year when my furnace needed to be repaired she made sure someone was here asap to fix it. Also when we bought a new stove she sent someone out to make sure my stove was hooked up for Thanksgiving! Sadly, I lost my youngest son right after we moved up here from Jersey in October 2023. Helen’s kindness and compassion were so appreciated! She not only makes me feel like a valued Reinhardt customer, I feel like I’m family! Bless you Helen, you are the best at what you do!🙏🏻💕

Love this fuel company! Their customer service (Helen specifically) is unmatched. She was able to get them out to deliver during a very busy cold snap! We are forever grateful for this companies impeccable customer service and speedy delivery!

Absolutely the worst in my life, their word is worthless, I would not recommend to my worst enemy, they need to go!

When I got home from work my furnace was not working. I called Reinhardt. Within five minutes I got a call back from the technician, Austin, he said he was in Otego and would be at my house in 15 minutes. He showed up and went the extra mile taking care of my furnace. Austin was very thorough and did an excellent job. I now have heat. Thank you Austin!
