We needed an electrician and Reitz Service was called and my husband explained the problem they said they would be here next day at 9-2 he was here at 9. Matthew got us up and running, he told and showed us what was wrong and did a great job. He didn't leave until the job was done. Would definitely recommend them. We felt safer after he left. Also we have a dog and it didn't bother him that he was barking actually they made friends with each other which was helpful for us all. Wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

I had Reitz Electric come for some electrical work today and could not be more pleased. The technician was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and willing to explain what he was doing and why. I had been given a half an hour window for his arrival and he met it. I appreciated not having to set aside half of my day waiting for someone to turn up. I would also like to say that I was very pleased with the office staff that answered the phone when I called to set up my appointment and to call and express my gratitude for the excellent service that I had received. Thank you Reitz Electric for such excellent service all the way around.

Beware! paid half for the job upfront (Over $7k). A month later, still no work started. Called and asked for money back and they initially refused. After some fight they agreed to return the money. Then they kept $500 for "materials". Still have yet to see the materials that I paid for. Called a different electrical company and they were there two days later and job completed that week...for less money. Stay away from Reitz at all costs!

The gentleman came out to our home, and was incredibly professional but personable, as well! He was right on time, and after thoroughly examining the possibilities, he got our issue fixed quickly. I appreciated that he explained and showed me what the issue was, and I felt very comfortable having him in and around our home.

Reitz Electric has been doing work for me for years and I have always had a good experience with their team. Most recently I referred a friend to Reitz for some residential work including wiring for a new sump pump and replacing an outdoor security light. Their electrician was prompt, efficient, professional and courteous. This is why I use Reitz and why I always refer my friends to them!
