My every interaction with Courtney and her team, most recently, Ruby and Josh Diaz, have been of the highest caliber of professional excellence that I've ever encountered. So often, homeowners worry about being taken advantage of in an industry fraught with exorbitant price gouging, excessive fees, false or inflated diagnoses and all while receiving inferior and often unreliable care. Technician Johnson was very personable, week versed in the job, explained a lot to me. Hope to see him again. He ran the diagnostic on the central unit and the mini split. He told me about the mini split needing cleaning and showed me the pictures. I’ll be making an appointment to have that done
