Reliable Appliance

I would like to share my experience with Reliable Appliance, which came to diagnose my Viking refrigerator. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they ended up replacing unnecessary parts, despite knowing that the compressor was the problem. My father, who is 80 years old, was dealing with this situation, and it's concerning how they treated him. They charged us $650 for two visits, but the refrigerator remains unrepaired and non-functional. It is truly shameful to take advantage of an elderly man like that. This is not just about the money; it’s about the way they conducted themselves. I plan to pursue legal action regarding this matter.

I need negative stars for this “company” They completely misrepresented themselves and basically stole our money. We paid for the part and the down payment for the work on a our washing machine and almost three weeks later they have not only failed to come back to do the work but have the gall to say that it is likely to cost even more whenever they do decide to show up- how could they possibly know that when they have not even been back to install the part?!? We have been without a working washing machine for weeks and these crooks have the money we’ve already laid out! They should change their name to UNRELIABLE!

The technician promptly identified the problem with my washing machine after arriving on schedule. Within an hour, he got the parts he needed and fixed it. Extremely polite and professional at all times

NOT RELIABLE. Recently had refrigerator repair done with compressor replacement for over $1,900. This included 1 year warranty on parts and 90 days on labor. Fridge worked for two days and stopped. Came back and said I now need new condenser but it is not available. We gave up and bought new refrigerator. After weeks of calls to them asking for a refund and no response, I have started a case in small claims court. After years of using them for other appliance repairs, we will never use them again!

The technicians were outstanding. My request for a dryer repair was promptly addressed by the company, and they arrived the following day. The technicians gave a thorough explanation of the problem and the required remedies. They were both exceedingly courteous and considerate. For installation and repairs of appliances, I would heartily suggest.
