My experience with Reliable Carpet Cleaners in Stuart Florida was extremely positive. They were available by phone each time I called, and available in person at my convenience for drop off and pick up. The quality of work was excellent. My oriental rug was subject to much abuse by my German Shepherds over the years but has been 100% restored to its original condition. The cost was more than worth the result. I do recommend Reliable Carpet Cleaners. Plus, purchasing the floor pad was a last minute but fantastic decision.

I had both of my 10x14 rugs cleaned by Reliable, one at a time, over the last 6 months. I am very pleased with the result as well as the pick up and delivery service offered. Bob was professional and courteous. He would arrange a time and date convenient to me which I appreciated. He would call and tell me he was on his way. The delivery of the cleaned carpet went smoothly as well. I have 2 dogs who occasionally have had accidents and there is no hint of any odor now as there is no longer sniffing of the rug. I am very happy with Reliable.

I have used reliable carpet cleaners for years to clean all my wool oriental rugs and wool design area rugs without any issues. They also replaced fringe on a couple rugs and had them remove it from another. Always an excellent job! Pick up and delivery is never a problem. Extremely accommodating thanks to Bob! The owner was very nice and helpful! He was able to thoroughly desantize and clean my rocking chair cushions and footstool without any trouble. I will definitely use his cleaning services again!
