We had such an incredible experience with Mitchell Jefferson for our air-conditioning repair! From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and truly above and beyond. He arrived very quickly after putting a ticket in, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Within no time, our AC was running perfectly again. What stood out the most was the care and attention to detail. He made sure everything was working efficiently before leaving , and was so kind and friendly. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely kind. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and skilled to handle your air-conditioning needs, I cannot recommend him enough. This was my first, to have ever heard of this A/C company Reliable Ducts, I made a call to my home wannty repair office , and they referred me to reliable ducts. When the service tech arrived he took care of everything from forward. Due to his professional expertise, attuitde , care and concern for others he uitilize my wanntry which resulted in me only paying a $99.00 service call. Great service from these folks! Matt K helped us out yesterday (on a Sunday!) and was in and out in about half an hour. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Matt was able to answer all the questions we had and even offered a few tips to help us in the future! Very happy to have been serviced by this team :)

Matthew K. did a very thorough job checking out and fixing the minor problems we had with our heating/cooling unit and answered all of our questions. He was so polite and even took his shoes off at the door and put shoe covers on. One of our issues required an additional 2 hour fix which he was able to do at the same time. We are very satisfied with the service!
