Called these guys on a Saturday afternoon. Nick came and checked out the outside unit and tried to get us some air. It was beyond repair as there were two separate leaks in the unit which he showed me. We got the quotes for the various options for replacement (and he gave us many). He told us that whichever option we chose we would have air by Monday afternoon. On Monday afternoon we had blessed air. These guys were very nice and pleasant to be around. They were prompt in their arrival on Monday morning. They also worked smart, taking small breaks during the heat of the day as needed. The final bill was exactly as they stated it would be with absolutely no surprises. I am very pleased with the work they did.

James and Nick of Reliable Air and Heat went above and beyond with their service. They installed the new Air handler unit and it works great! They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

This company screwed up my disabled mothers air conditioning unit. Now we have to pay another company to fix their screw ups and sloppy work. They even removed the attic stairs and never replaced them. They did not safely or properly install a circuit box full of electrical wiring. They were quick to take my mothers money, but never returned phone calls after they were paid and didn’t finish the job. I wish I could post the pictures of the work that they did on this site.

Called Reliable up in the afternoon when my AC went out. True to their word they came out a few hours later and got it going! Otherwise we'd have been in for a hot night!

A person showed up on my property and tried to steal my stand-by generator. I ask the to leave and they refused. I had to call the law. I still don’t understand why a contractor from Franklinton la was in Mississippi
