Our home was built in 2007. The equipment that the builder installed was still kicking but was getting tired. We decided to upgrade our furnace and A/C when the time was right for us, rather than waiting for them to go out at the most inconvenient time. Back in November of 2017 we had to replace our furnace of 30 plus years. We added Central Air Conditioning at the time. The new furnace is extremely efficient, thanks to Aaron Rude the installation Tech/owner who helped us choose the Carrier model with 2 stage motor. The following summer of 2018 the Central AC was finally put to the test, and it worked perfect. We finally had an issue with the AC not working on September 14th 2025. We called Reliable, John tech/owner answered the phone, we discussed the issue and he said he would come out by 11 am, he arrived and immediately found a capacitor in the AC outside unit had failed. The best, bar none. Had a furnace break down in January and John came right out and diagnosed the issue. Within a few days had a perfectly sized furnace installed. Also, we asked about central AC pricing, and was really surprised to learn how cheap the entire package(including labor and EVERYTHING) was going to be. There were ZERO hidden fees. The quote we were given was exactly what we paid. Another local "brand name" company quoted us almost TRIPLE the price for just the AC! On top of that, they submitted a rebate to our electric company on our behalf! Also, due to no fault of reliable's, I had issues with my bank getting a check. Our air conditioner went out when it was really hot out and I called John at reliable heating and cooling and he got us in the same day and fixed it the same day for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
