Reliable Leak Detection

Valentin from Reliable Leak Detection is absolutely outstanding. He has an amazing personality and an even more impressive level of professionalism. I’ve used his services twice now — first to replace my PRV (pressure relief valve for my water tank) and most recently to replace my leaking garbage disposal. Both times, Valentin did exceptional work. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely great to work with. I couldn’t recommend Valentin enough for any plumbing needs. If you need reliable, honest, and high-quality service, he’s the one to call!

Alex was so kind and very informative. But the work was not COMPLETED to say the least. He informed me he was coming back to complete the job and never did. I contacted the company and was told he says it was DONE. I then texted pics of what was supposed to been a COMPLETED JOB. Why would anything think this job was finished and leave this at a clients home like this?? They then appoint me a supervisor time and DOA from 8-10Am. But the day before the appointment switch the time to 11-1pm. It’s now 1:20pm. No one has Arrived YET. SMH ***The supervisor arrived and fixed the ugly work that was done prior. **

We recently had an issue with our gas hot water heater when it stopped working. I tried to relight the pilot but couldn’t get it to work, so we had to call for service. Alex from Reliable Leak Detection came out and was absolutely great. He was very informative, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He checked the water pressure, thoroughly reviewed the system, and went above and beyond to explain how everything works. I’m originally from South Florida where we typically have electric systems and no gas, so I had a lot of questions—and Alex took the time to answer all of them in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Alex came out and did a great job. He was very respectful of our furniture and covered everything with plastic. He found the issue, fixed it, and cleaned everything up before he left. Would highly recommend reliable leak detection.
