My husband called yesterday to schedule an appointment, and Bo was able to come this morning. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. The service was worth the price. Reliable Locksmith is exactly what the name says. Bo came out to my home and reprogrammed 2 keys for me and replaced the key fobs on both keys for two different cars. His pricing was exactly what he said it would be and he was super professional, showed up on time and charged a very solid rate. He's got a customer for life. I should also mention that the above services were rendered after he helped me out when I locked my keys in my car. Again, extremely fair rate on a very busy Saturday. Top notch customer service!!! I was having trouble with my key fob gave them a call Fran tried to assist me by phone to keep me from making a trip because it was close to closing time but we couldn’t get it to work so she told me to just come by the office that she would stay open until I arrived she proceeded to test a “Brand New” battery & it was completely dead so she installed a new battery from her inventory & bam!!! Locked & unlocked my door from the office & she only charged me $5 saving me hundreds of dollars Beware of new batteries from Walmart & other big box stores we don’t know how long they have been sitting in warehouses before being sent out to the stores

What a pleasure working with Bo. I needed two extra keys for my old Lexus and had purchased the ones online I knew were quality and correct. Bo was kind and professional and quoted me over the phone a very fair price to program and cut. He came to my place and had it all done in 30 minutes and perfect. No issues. No hassles. Terrific, honest locksmith. Quoted me a price and stuck to it even though it was more work than expected. Tried to talk me through fixing lock myself over the phone. When I couldn’t do it, he drove over next morning and repaired antique lock for $100. My go to locksmith for the future.
