Lou is always helpful and super honest. Reliable has serviced our heater for several years and Lou has been so helpful at diagnosing and solving problems. They are hands down the most honest company we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with over our years of home ownership.

Great service. Technicians are very thorough and knowledgeable. Installed a new burner for us and job was done perfectly. Come same day for emergency service; flexible and accomodating for regular service calls. We have a scheduled delivery for fuel and never have any issues. Very satisfied customer!

Terrible. I called to ask about setting up delivery, and the woman said very loud "NOT TODAY YOUR NOT." I said I don't need it today I am just trying to setup a new account. Then I hung up, and called back and asked to speak with someone else, and she said she was sorry, and then I explained I wanted to try to start getting oil deliveries from them, and she said ..."well your not getting a delivery today." I guess they don't want new business? Going with Halstead-Quinn
