Reliable Parts

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being awesome! Your call center team is amazing and your pickup process is flawless! Two days before Christmas and my relatively new dishwasher recirculating motor fought a battle with the plastic corner of what I'm guessing was from a bag of something that my wife made in the microwave for dinner when it was her turn to cook. I called an appliance parts store closer to me that I had used before and he didn't stock a single recirculating motor.. for any dishwasher. I asked him where I could get one and he started in on how there are 4 million parts.. please sir.. it's almost Christmas and my family generates dishes like they're not the ones that have to wash them (because they're not!) ... Needed a part, but wanted it today. Walked into the store, and there's not really a storefront. A sign is up there with a number you can call, so I called and made an order right there! Within minutes the order was brought up to me by a great dude who was super enthusiastic to help out and seems like a great person to have as an employee. Would recommend and would be back for any other needs! Parts: washing machine lid switch and pump

Return policy is BS here. Made me ship a return on my own dime just to reject it and I don’t get it back. The part works perfectly fine and now I’m out like 70 bucks thanks a lot

Ordered a part for a dryer. It came as expected. Before it could be installed the washer also died so opted to get new set and sent dryer part back. It was still strapped to the shipping packaging it came from the whirlpool factory in and that cannot be replicated once removed because the straps are friction melted in place when they are applied. Any idiot who has ever worked in packing would know that. This part would require the wiring in the dryer to be modified in order for it to work and whirlpool included the wire connectors with the part. Those connectors are still in their packaging and returned with the motor. Well...reliable parts denied the return stating it had been installed! They say the terminals had marks in them where it was installed. Again, how could it when the supplie

I did not know this place existed here in Indy. My dishwasher had issues, and after consulting the university of YoutTube, I was able to diagnose the problem. I extracted the broken part and started googling for a replacement. When I found these guys, I had to do some more searching to get to a something that looked like a viable solution. To make certain I had the proper part, I called Reliable's customer service number to make certain. The person on the phone pulled up the proper schematic for my dishwasher and was able to validate that I had selected the proper part. Checkout was easy over the phone. I was given instructions on how to find my order at the warehouse once I got there. Everything could not have been better to deal with. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank
