I am a regular customer of Reliable Pest Control and rely on John and Steve for all things pest-related. Within the span of 6 months, I called John for mice problem, 3 different types of bees and all were super effective. Also super friendly and you feel like family. Highly recommend!!

John and Steve are friendly and very knowledgeable. They completed a 2 part job to get a bird out of a vent and keep birds out permanently. They value their good reputation, so they will be sure to take good care of your home project. They even gave me some good advice about other projects around the home and yard. Wonderful service!!! We had some noise and scratches in our ceiling and walls. We were looking for a service around here and no one would take care of in case it was a raccoon. We called Reliable, John picked up the phone. Sounded very professional and experienced just from our short description he had an assumption. The moment he arrived, he spotted immediately the entry hole of the animal gave us an estimate and left without putting any pressure! We called him back and they came that same day and placed a one way tunnel! The noise was gone that same night after a few weeks of living in our ceilings! I recently had to deal with a bird that nested in the bathroom vent and these guys were the best in this field. It was my first experience dealing with birds, but after my conversation with John I was assured it was an easy fix. They were quick with scheduling and explained the whole process step by step. After setting up a one way door trap they made sure to come back and seal the vent to prevent birds from coming inside again. Hoping I won’t have any future issues like this again, but I definitely will be reaching out to John and I recommend Reliable for any pest problems!
