Ugh!! I had an animal in my attic. I could hear it walking in my ceiling and did not even want to sleep home. So creepy and didn’t know what type of animal. yuk! We called Reliable and they came immediately. With a couple of questions, they knew what it was and what to do! It was a squirrel and they installed a one-way tunnel to save the squirrel but to keep it from going back in. Within 2 hours, the squirrel came out and problem was gone. They then returned to completely cover the opening so it will not happen again. Steve, John and the staff were so nice, professional and caring. I was scared and they fixed it so quickly! Reliable would be a complete understatement. I just had a baby not long ago and when I came home from the hospital my house was crawling with bugs. YUCK. I called John in a worry because I did not want to take chances with chemicals because I have animals an infant and a newborn. Within 24 hours of my call John’s crew showed up and completely took care of my problem with reassurance that their product was safe. Can’t even smell it and the little bugs are gone ! I have used John and the crew before, they did a great job with a rodent problem I had. So when I discovered I had a squirrel problem I did not hesitate to call them back, plus with them being so close in Teaneck it was a no brainer. As usual they did a great job getting rid of my squirrels. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would! Thanks again!

I have been having issues with squirrels for awhile and after many failed attempts to get rid of them, reliable pest control was able to take care of it. Very pleased with the job they did!

I had a rat problem under the shed, and John came by and took care of it quickly. It’s been months without any signs of rats. I’d definitely recommend their service!
